The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the returned item(s).

Return Process:
2.1. Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within 15 days from the date the package was delivered to them. 2.2. Approval and Return Authorization: Our customer support team will assess your return request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping and Handling:
3.1. Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Jinga.se after contacting us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3.2. Non-refundable Shipping Costs (if the shipping is not free): Shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
Refund Process:
4.1. Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will process the refund or exchange.
4.2. Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Customizable Shinpads:
5.1. Replacements can be granted if the product, against all odds, arrives damaged or defective. In these cases, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will closely investigate the situation from there.
Because our shinpads are fully customizable and made uniquely for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in normal scenarios once an order has been placed and produced. Each pair is created based on the design, images, and text you provide, making it a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be resold.
We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Damaged or Defective Items:
6.1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 15 days from the date of delivery. Provide a detailed description and attach photographs of the issue for our reference.
6.2. Resolution for Damaged or Defective Items: We will assess the reported issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the circumstances.

7.1. Jinga.se reserves the right to update or modify this refund/return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website
